2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our junk removal services, we do not offer refunds for completed services. However, under certain circumstances, partial or full refunds may be considered:
- Service Cancellation: If you cancel your service at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Unsatisfactory Service: If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation, and if the issue is due to an error or oversight on our part, we will work to rectify it or provide a partial refund at our discretion.
- Overcharging: If you believe that you have been overcharged for the service, please contact us with the relevant details. Upon review, if an overcharge is verified, a refund for the excess amount will be issued.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are not eligible for refunds: (Digital Products)
- Services already rendered in full, unless there was a verifiable issue with the service provided.
- Failure to provide access to the site or property at the scheduled time, resulting in the inability to perform the service.
- Any prohibited items (such as hazardous waste) that were not disclosed prior to the service but found during the junk removal process.
4. Service Cancellation
If you need to cancel your junk removal service:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. If your refund request is approved, we will issue the refund using the original payment method within 14 business days.
